Angie and Alan live locally in East London, running a successful Flocking and spray painting Bushiness and provide a myriad of assistance to a number of local voluntary organisations in their spare time. Their help at the orphanage has been truly incredible.  While Alan’s talents as a carpenter created the fabulous folding tables in the new crèche that he helped paint, Angie set about pestering sponsors, creating curtains and organising Violet’s Birthday, Christmas parties and so much more we struggle to keep current with them both.  They were amazing hosts to Tim who came from the UK to help even taking him to the East London Yacht Club  where Angie is the Secretary and Alan runs the Junior section.  How they manage to do “Meals on Wheels” locally as well as all the other amazing work they do is truly beyond comprehension, but they really do make the world a better place and the world is a better place because of them.  The children have certainly taken them both to their hearts and really appreciate the huge difference they have helped to create at the orphanage for them.
